Mirror Tents or Spiegeltents are handmade pavilions that were built in Belgium and Holland during the 20s, 30s and 40s. These exquisite structures were made of wood, brass, canvas, mirrors and glass and often decorated with rich textiles. In their glory days Mirror Tents toured the Lowlands of Europe and were used as travelling dance halls, wine tasting marquees and cabaret venues.

Very few of these fascinating buildings remain but Mirror Tents UK is fortunate to be able to offer four different types of Mirror Tent for hire here in the UK. Each tent has been lovingly restored and adapted to meet modern safety requirements and each has a character and feel of its own.

All our Mirror Tents are circular, feature cosy booths around the circumference, circular wooden dance floors, small stages, elaborate entranceways and ornately decorated windows.
