An enormous 13ft (4.5m) high woman with sumptuosly brocaded child-bearing hips glides around event grounds effortlessly as if propelled from beneath.  She shares social tittle-tattle with the audience as she careers between them.  When at last she chooses her spot to stop, the orchestra from beneath her petticoats tunes up and with great aplomb, her skirts open to reveal a full theatre and a series of theatrical surprises.  These involve short vaudeville and circus acts, amusingly compared by the great lady herself with plenty of audience participation.  The dress is based on an 8th x 6ft (3m x 2m) wide frame on wheels.
